Chief Minister Chouhan was addressing the programme after a meditation session organized at Kanha Shanti Vanam of Heartfulness Institute in Hyderabad. Kamlesh Daji of Ramchandra Mission, Sadhana Singh were special guests in the programme.
Chief Minister Chouhan released the Hindi translation of the book “Yes You Can Do It’ ‘Ji Haan Aap Kar Sakte Hain’ focusing on methods of deaddiction through yoga and meditation.
The book is published by Heartfulness Institute.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that material progress alone cannot give happiness and joy to a person. One wants maximum age and a life full of happiness, peace and joy. All thought streams and methods lead to the pursuit of happiness and joy.
The path shown by Pujya Daaji paves the way for reaching the highest level of spiritual advancement and one’s happiness, peace and joy amidst the busy schedule of present life.

Praising the activities carried out by Shri Ramchandra Mission for the promotion of agriculture, environment-conservation, yoga, meditation and Pranayama, Chief Minister Chouhan said that the mission has launched a campaign for environment-protection in Jaora in Ratlam district in the state.
With the help of the mission, there is a plan to conduct activities for education, agriculture, environment, life building and de-addiction in Madhya Pradesh.
Praising the activities carried out by Chief Minister Shri Chouhan in the field of environment-protection, education, agriculture etc. in Madhya Pradesh, Pujya Shri Kamlesh Daji said that Madhya Pradesh, the heart of the country, would be developed as a heartful state.
Pujya Daji said that if a person is disturbed and worried, then he cannot remain happy.
Peace is must for happiness. Peace is possible through meditation.
Meditation is possible with a concentrated mind, which can be achieved through Dhyana. Therefore, happiness is closely related to Dhyana.
