Prime Minister Narendra Modi planted a sapling in a campus of the Government Girls High School Karahal, in Sheopur district on Saturday.
Modi planted the sapling under Madhya Pradesh government’s ambitious campaign tagged Hara Bhara Madhya Pradesh (हरा_भरा_मध्यप्रदेश) in the school campus.
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said conservation and promotion of nature is an integral part of Sanatan culture.
