Revenue and Transport Minister Govind Singh Rajput alongwith 500 devotees have left for Ayodhya to hand over three silver bricks – ‘Ram Shilas’ to Shree Ram Janambhoomi Teerth Kshetra general secretary Champat Rai on September 2.
The residents of Surkhi assembly seat in Sagar district represented by Rajput have contributed funds to prepare three silver bricks – ‘Ram Shilas’, the minister told the reporters.
Rajput will also meet Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
The minister said during handing over of the ‘Ram Shilas’ MLA from Ayodhya and other public representatives will also remain present on the occasion.
The minister is accompanied by his family members along with the devotees have left for Ayodhya by buses and four wheelers.
Earlier a process of the ‘Ram Shilas’ was taken out in areas falling under Surkhi assembly seat led by Rajput, the residents in large numbers participated in it.
The residents from Surkhi assembly constituency like the people from other parts of the country have also contributed enthusiastically for the Ram temple construction.
