Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said the appointment letters will be distributed to 16000 selected aspirants for post of teachers on September 3.

The appointment letter will be distributed in the function to be held at Jambori Maidan, Bhopal, he said.

He said the government is focused to provide employment to the youths.

The first rojgar diwas (employment day) was observed on January 12 where loan was distributed to over 5 lakh students under different schemes for self employment, he said.

Thereafter till March, loan under various schemes were distributed to 13 lakh students across the state where they have started their own work, he said.

Till July the government has distributed loan of Rs 6021 crore under various schemes on taking up self employment by individuals, he said.

The turn-over of the women self help groups manufacturing different categories of products in the state is over Rs.20000 crore, they were provided loan under various schemes where they have to pay 2 percent interest while rest is paid by the government, Chouhan said.

Chouhan said within one year 20 small units will commence production of toys in the Toy cluster in Indore and it is expected to give employment to over 2000 persons, he said.
