Two Dalit youngsters were purportedly fiercely pounded by individuals from the Lodhi people group for contacting a water utensil, in Madhya Pradesh’s Damoh. Eight individuals have been reserved regarding the situation, police said.
As indicated by an objection held up by the casualty’s dad, Manohar Ahirwar, “On Friday evening my child and little girl had gone to basic food item shop possessed by Devi Singh Lodhi to buy bread rolls. My child erroneously contacted a water utensil. Devi Singh whipped my kids. Afterward, when my mom faced them, Lodhi and a couple of others beat them up as well.”
The Lodhi people group is sorted as an Other Backward Classes and a prevailing gathering in the locale.
Afterward, Lodhi alongside seven others came to my home and whipped us, including my old guardians. A FIR has been enrolled against the eight individuals on charges of revolting, deliberately causing hurt, criminal terrorizing, vandalizing property and outrages against SC/ST, said Tendukheda police headquarters in-control BL Choudhary.
