Previous Delhi MP Sandeep Dixit on Wednesday stopped a protest against Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in Mohali and requested enlistment of a FIR against him.
The grievance has been held up based on previous Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) pioneer Kumar Vishwas’ meeting, in which he had evened out claims against Kejriwal of having ‘coordinated efforts’ with dissenter Khalistani components.
In his grievance, Sandeep Dixit expressed that he had watched Kumar Vishwas’ meeting in which the previous AAP pioneer said he had cautioned Kejriwal during the 2017 Punjab Assembly races to not energize Khalistani components.
The grievance further asserted it was additionally said in the meeting that Kejriwal disregarded the admonition as well as didn’t deny the claims and expressed that he will oversee them (Khalistani components). The protest added that Kejriwal didn’t go against the possibility of Khalistan.
The complainant has requested that a FIR be enlisted against the Delhi CM under pertinent areas of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
Mohali Phase I cops affirmed getting the protest at the police headquarters.
