Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce (BMCC) has won the renowned 56th Purushottam Karandak 2022 for their one-act play – Manjamma Puranam. This success comes after 14 years.The school had before won the prize for 2 shoor coordinated by Alok Rajwade in 2009.
The Purushottam Karandak, is a yearly between university Marathi one – act play contest where understudies from across Maharashtra addressing their particular school take an interest. The fundamental round of the Purushottam Karandak was held from January 3 to 17, 2022. Albeit this Karandak has been held starting around 1963, it was not held in 2021 because of Covid, said coordinators.
