According to the Union health ministry, the total number of coronavirus vaccination doses provided in the country has surpassed 42.75 crores.

According to the 7 p.m. preliminary data, 38,87,028 vaccination doses were delivered today.

On Friday, the ministry said that 18,09,954 vaccination doses were provided as a first dose and 1,92,363 vaccine doses were given as a second dose to those aged 18 to 44.

Since the commencement of phase-3 of the vaccination effort, 13,52,21,119 people in the age range 18-44 have got their first dose, with a total of 57,54,908 receiving their second dose throughout states and union territories.
