The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has issued a notice for the recruitment of managers, assistant managers, and officers in the Group A and B categories.
According to the announcement, the Rural Development Banking Service will fill seven Manager Grade ‘B’ positions (RDBS). Similarly, NABARD will fill 148 Assistant Managers in Grade ‘A’ positions in the Rural Development Banking Service (RDBS) / (Rajbhasha Service).
According to the official notification, candidates should carefully read all instructions and ensure that they meet all of the post’s eligibility requirements.

Out of the 148 vacancies of Asst. Manager (RDBS) and 05 Asst. Manager (Rajbhasha), 08 vacancies are reserved for PWBD candidates under RPWD Act 2016.
Important Dates / Timelines
Online Application Registration and Payment of Online Fees/Intimation Charges: July 17 to August 7, 2021
Phase I (Preliminary) – Online Examination: Last week of August 2021/First week of September 2021 (Tentatively)
Manager in Grade ‘B’ (RDBS): Selected candidates will draw a starting basic pay of Rs. 35150/- p.m. in the scale of Rs.35150 – 1750 (9) – 50900 – EB – 1750(2) – 54400 – 2000 (4) – 62400 (16 years) applicable to Officers in Grade ‘B’ and they will be eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance as per rules in force from time to time. At present, the initial monthly Gross emoluments are approximately Rs. 78,000 p.m.
Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ (RDBS): Selected candidates will draw a starting basic pay of Rs.28150/- p.m. on the scale of Rs.28150-1550(4)-34350-1750(7)–46600–EB-1750(4)-53600- 2000(1)-55600 applicable to Officers in Grade ‘A’. They will be eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance as per rules in force from time to time. At present, the initial monthly gross emoluments are approximately Rs. 70,000.
