Maniesh Paul, an actor and TV show host, recently paid a visit to actor-turned-politician Smriti Irani at her house. The actor from ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’ offered Maniesh a warm welcome at her modest home.
However, in light of the pandemic crisis and the necessity for extra immunity, Smriti Irani substituted kadha for her welcoming drink. Maniesh Paul’s Humans Of Bombay article last month, in which he opened up about his challenges to break into the entertainment world and how his wife Sanyukta supported him, went viral.
“Sanyukta stood by me as I fought. Finally, in 2006, I was hired as a full-time RJ. ‘Let’s get married!’ I told Sanyukta. Our wedding was a big fat Punjabi-Bengali affair. Sanyukta got a job as a teacher after moving in with me, and I was juggling my career and a few anchoring duties.
We didn’t spend much time together, but she never complained… ever.”
Irani appeared to be thinner and her skin was glowing in a no-makeup look in a nice selfie the two snapped together!
Maniesh Paul is a well-known television personality who has hosted series such as Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 7, Science of Stupid India’s Got Talent, and Dance Ke Superstars. Baa Baaa Black Sheep, Mickey Virus, and Tere Bin Laden 2 are among his other credits. Maniesh, who is known for his cheery demeanor, made a joke about it on Instagram.
He said, “Thank you for a nice cup of KAADHA. @smritiiraniofficial ma’am, kya time aa gaya hai…chai ki jagah sab KAADHA peeney lage hain!! But, as usual, thank you for having me over and keeping me warm.
