Manoj disclosed to an entertainment portal that the third season could take one and a half years or more to be ready to stream. The Family Man 2, which recently debuted on the OTT platform, has received a resounding good response from both fans and critics. However, like the first season, The Family Man 2 ended on a cliffhanger, leaving viewers wondering what will happen in the third season.
Manoj Bajpayee, who plays secret agent Srikant Tiwari in the series, has now hinted at The Family Man Season 3’s release date. The second season of The Family Man, which premiered on June 4, closes with a tease for season three.
In the final scene, a mysterious figure in Kolkata is preparing for a Chinese mission known as Guan Yu, which is expected to strike the country’s northeast region. As a result, the plot of The Family Man 3 could focus on the COVID-19 crisis and a lethal mission in the country’s northeast.
Fans may have to wait a little longer, as the show’s directors, Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK, are expected to begin work on another series starring Shahid Kapoor before beginning production on season three.
“Nothing at this point,” Manoj remarked in an interview with Bollywood Bubble. We can’t even meet since there’s a lockdown. Everyone has returned to their hometowns, thus there are no authors in the workplace.
Raj and DK aren’t together right now, either. Allow the world to open up.
“We’ll start working on it once the world opens up and we obtain the green light. The story is with them and will be turned into a screenplay once it receives approval. Even if everything goes perfectly, the third season will take another year and a half or more to complete.” said Manoj Bajpayee.
