A three-member AICC team established to address factionalism in the Punjab Congress delivered its report to party leader Sonia Gandhi on Thursday.
The group, led by Rajya Sabha Leader Mallikarjun Kharge and include AICC general secretary in-charge of Punjab affairs Harish Rawat and former MP JP Aggarwal, has recommended that the rebuilt party unit include all classes, castes, and regions.
