Many former players and experts suggest the XIth World Test Cup (WTC) finale of Virat Kohli-led India and Kane Williamson’s New Zealand and predict it. Although the summit confrontation is still 12 days away, scheduled for beginning in Southampton on June18, the expectation and buzz about the confrontation are growing meteorically.
A former Indian batsman, Aakash Chopra, was the last to comment on India’s Play 11 and he said he would like to see R Ashwin as well as Ravindra Jadeja in the summit clash.
“Yes, you certainly remember that spinners may not be helped too much in English, but it is easy when batting is a one-dimensional attack,” 43-year-old Chopra explained.

In Southampton, England, the Indian team is currently under Quarantine. On 3 June, at the Hilton Hotel the whole contingent, including the support and coaching workers and the women’s team, checked in. The hotel is located in the Ageas Bowl, where the grand final will take place.
