VK Shashikala, who declared his retirement from the state soon before the assembly elections in Tamil Nadu, is preparing to return to politics. She hinted about returning to active politics when the corona pandemic is ended in an audio conversation with a party staffer. Shashikala’s audio recording, in which she chatted with her party leader and pledged her comeback to politics, has gone popular on social media.
In the viral audio, Shashikala is speaking to her party leader on the call, “Don’t worry, definitely the party things will be fine. Once this corona epidemic is over, I will come back”. In reply, the party leader said, “We will be after you, Amma”. The phone call is being denied true and the report says that the viral phone call has been confirmed by AMMK Secretary General TTV Dinakaran’s personal assistant janarthan.
Former Chief Minister Jayalalithaa’s dearest friend Shashikala had left from politics just before the Tamil Nadu assembly elections after making a major choice. Sasikala announced this in a letter to her followers, saying that the AIADMK cadre should work together to defeat Stalin’s party, the DMK, in the next elections. Simultaneously, she remembered Jayalalitha as her older sister, whom she revered as a deity. Everything between Shashikala and AIADMK had been going wrong up until that point.
