Congress President Rahul Gandhi will start his campaign for assembly elections in Karnataka starting on February 10. During his three-day visit to the state for the first time after assuming charge as party president, Gandhi will address a conference and also make a road show. State Congress Chief, Permashvar told that Rahul Gandhi will be on the three-day Karnataka trip on February 10, 11 and 12. He had a meeting with the ministers, in charge of the districts, MLAs and those in the districts where Rahul Gandhi could go. After the meeting, he said that there is a plan to organize a conference in Hospet.
The state Congress chief said that the plan involves traveling by road along with party leaders in the road during which Rahul can interact with people and address them at different places while going to Kalaburgi. He will stay in the grave. From there, he will go to Bid before leaving Delhi. In Karnataka, this year’s assembly elections are going to be held. Congress is working on plans for statewide visits to try to come back to power in the state.
