The State cabinet meeting held at Jabalpur has decided to give 50% sales tax rebate on the automobiles sold in Gwalior Mela.

To work in line with Prime Minister Modi’s intent, focused efforts will be made for the progress of the poor, youth and women.
Madhavrao Scindia Trade Fair is held annually in Gwalior. This fair has its own importance, he said.
He said the fair is a symbol of our civilization and culture.
Former Union Minister Late Madhavrao Scindia has made a significant contribution in the development of Gwalior Mela.
It provided a new form and made the Gwalior Trade Fair a symbol of the region.
He said that there will be 50 percent rebate on sales tax in the fair.

Addressing the programme, Union Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia said Gwalior Trade Fair has a history of more than 100 years old.
It took a boost after the Corona period last year and now target is to reach the business of about 1000 crores.
It is the pride of this area. The people of Gwalior region have a special connection with it.
Energy Minister Pradyuman Singh Tomar, Social Justice and Welfare, Horticulture and Food Processing Minister Narayan Singh Kushwaha, former Minister Jaipal Singh Pawaiya, MP Vivek Narayan Shejwalkar, MLAs and other public representatives were present on the inaugural function.
At the outset, Secretary, Department of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises P. Narhari welcomed the guests.
Also, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav participated in a “Jan Aabhar Yatra” at Gwalior to express gratitude to people.
The Chief Minister showered flowers on them.
The “Jan Aabhar Yatra” concluded at Satnamar Chauraha Murar, where local people welcomed the CM.
Union Civil Aviation and Steel Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia also joined him in the Jan Aabhar Yatra.
The yatra started from the Gole Mandir and reached Satnamar Chauraha Murar, passing through Kalpi Bridge.
Along the route, a large number of women, common people, and distinguished citizens of the city accorded an unprecedented and heartfelt welcome to Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav by showering flowers at various places.
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav was accompanied by ministers, and among other public representatives, whom were boarded on the open vehicle.
On the route, Chairman of the Seed and Farm Development Corporation Munnalal Goyal and other public representatives welcomed Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav with decorated stages at various locations.
