Indian Army has asked applications for appointment in his technical course. Male and female candidates can apply engineering degrees. Appointments will be done for a total of 191 posts. The Army will make all the recruitments on the basis of the Short Service Commission (SSC). The men selected for the post will be given the ’51th SSC (Technical) Man Course ‘and women will be admitted in ’22th SSC (Technical) Women Course’. These courses will be started in October 2018. It is compulsory for candidates to be unmarried. The online application process has started for these posts. The last date is 15 February 2018.

Eligibility
– BE / BTech degree in engineering subjects related to a recognized university / institute.
– Young people studying in the last year of Bachelor Degree course of engineering can also apply for posts. Such candidates will have to furnish the passing certificate by 01 October 2018.
Scale: The salary for the post of lieutenant is 56,100 to 1,77, 500 rupees. Rs 15,000 on military service During training, Rs. 56,100 will be given as stipend.

‘Applicants must have Aadhar card.
The number of posts can be reduced or increased.
Minimum physical norms
– Height (Male): 157.5 cm.
– Weight (male): In the correct proportion.
– Be physically and mentally healthy.
Tattoos: Permanent tattoos on any part of the body will not be valid.
Age limit
– Minimum 20 and maximum 27 years. The candidate was born between 02 October 1991 and 01 October 1998. Both dates will also be included in the calculation of age.
– Age limit will be calculated on the basis of 01 October 2018.
Selection Process
– Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of merit and marks recorded in the application form. Shortlisted candidates will be called for SSB interview.
– Selected candidates will have to give psychological test, group test, and interview on the selection center.
– This process of selection will last up to five days in two phases. In the first phase, unsuccessful candidates will be declared disqualified.
– Then will be sent for medical examination. Candidates will be appointed for training after being fully healthy.
